Equipment Characteristics
1. Application: Automatic BIB aseptic filling machine is suitable for filling various viscous or non-viscous fluid products, such as fruit and vegetable juices, jams, concentrated juices, dairy products, edible oils, syrups and so on.
2. Safe and reliable: The equipment is equipped with aseptic room, the aseptic bag pulling cap, filling and capping are all operated automatically in an aseptic environment. The filling head is equipped with cap pulling confirmation system, only after the sterile cap is confirmed to be pulled off can it be filled. Reliable design of bag mouth clamping ensures smooth operation of the equipment without hurting the bag mouth.
3. Aseptic environment: The equipment completes the filling in the aseptic chamber, using steam injection method to sterilize the bag mouth and the filling chamber to ensure the aseptic state of the filling process. The aseptic chamber is maintained at 90-100℃, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the equipment stops filling and alarms the operator. Vacuum system is used in the filling room to pump out the condensation and dirt in the aseptic room.
4. Excellent fittings: Adopting the measurement mode of German Kolon or E+H flowmeter, with stable measurement and high precision.
5. High degree of automation: The control system including human-machine interface and PLC is composed of high degree of automation, which can automatically complete the whole process of dividing, feeding, filling, sealing and outputting of BIB bags, thus improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
6. Flexibility and compatibility: It is suitable for aseptic bags with different specifications and capacities, such as 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, etc., which makes the product production more flexible.
7. Filling capacity: According to different models, the filling capacity can vary from dozens of bags/hour to hundreds of bags/hour, such as 300-350 bags/hour (10L aseptic bags).
8. Material and design: Reasonable layout with no dead space to ensure hygiene and easy cleaning. The frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the pipes and valves in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, and the hoses are in line with FDA certification.
9. CIP cleaning function: Unique automatic CIP cleaning design, one-button start, cleaning without dead angle, can meet the CIP cleaning needs of various materials.
