Technical upgrades
1. Upgrade of bag discharge mode: the original front bag discharge mode has been upgraded to a roller back-sliding bag discharge mode, which significantly improves the convenience of operation, and at the same time, the working efficiency has been increased by about 25%.
2. Upgrade of CIP working mode: the original manual CIP mode has been upgraded to one-button automatic CIP mode, which simplifies the operation of the equipment and reduces the difficulty of the operator in the handover process.
3. Flow calculation algorithm upgrading: a more reasonable flow calculation method is adopted, which makes the equipment adapt to a wider range of supply flow and compressed air pressure, thus effectively improving the filling accuracy.
4. Maintenance Upgrade: All operating components of the equipment have been upgraded to be maintenance-free, which not only reduces the maintenance cost, but also reduces the complexity of maintenance.
