The control components of UHT sterilizer all adopt international famous brand products, including PLC control system, human-computer interaction interface, steam pressure reducing valve and regulating valve, shunt valve, pressure regulating valve, material pump, hot water pump, CIP and SIP system.
All parts working in the UHT sterilizer are from well-known brands with excellent and reliable performance, such as Spirax/Sarco steam valves, Schneider relay, AirTAC cylinder, which could guarantee stable and continuous production.
1. Preheating:The material first passes through the preheating section and is preheated by hot water or steam; the material is heated to a certain temperature to prepare for the subsequent sterilization process.
2. Sterilization: The material is heated to an elevated temperature of 135-150°C and held for a few seconds to rapidly kill microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts and molds.
3. Holding: The material is held at ultra-high temperatures for a certain period of time, usually 4-10 seconds, to ensure that commercial sterility is achieved.
4. Cooling: The sterilized material quickly passes through the cooling section, where cold water or refrigerant is used to rapidly reduce the temperature of the material to maintain the quality and flavor of the product.
5. Aseptic Packaging: The cooled material is packaged in an aseptic environment to ensure that the product remains aseptic throughout its shelf life.
